When Blogs Drop the Ball (and Everything Else)

Theres something oddly fitting about how many blogs on naturism are well completely exposed. Not in the good way, but in the someone forgot to proofread before hitting publish way. You know the ones. Grainy photos from 2007. Paragraphs that read like they were typed by someone wearing oven mitts. Titles such as Why Being Naked Is Like Being Free, Naturally (spoiler: we already guessed). Then theres the endless advice: Always use sunscreen. Be body confident. Dont bring sand into the tent. Groundbreaking stuff, truly next week theyll be reminding us that water is wet and that you should take your hat off before applying shampoo. A good naturist blog, though, can be a joy: honest, witty, and sun-warmed with a sense of humour about humanity. A bad one? Its all bare facts and no personality. Like standing on a windy beach and realising someones nicked your towel. So heres to the naturist bloggers who can write as freely as they dress and to the rest: maybe keep your clothes off, but put some effort on the page. The blogs here have taken a turn for the worst.
