On this site, I block anyone who posts and declares statements that I strongly disagree with. These reasons may be: -racism (aka a moderator banning a person for not speaking English, or banning people solely from their southeast Asian ethnicity) -sexism (continuing to refer to their spouse as the wife, making crude jokes, boob jokes, anti-feminist jokes) -ageism (a moderator insisting the youth and younger generations bring nothing but bad) - fascist political beliefs - homophobia (blowing kisses to every single woman who enters the chat yet banning any man who declares he is gay A select few moderators continually do this. Do I think they should be banned from the site? No, I dont care, should they be moderators, probably not but I dont make that decision. Should I give them access to my profile and have a relationship with them? Absolutely not. As a paying lifetime member I should be able to restrict any member that I morally disagree with, just like anyone else, including the moderators, does. Another moderator told me there is NO valid reason to not allow a moderator to see your full profile unless youre hiding something. Well, you can read for yourself, Im hiding nothing, and I got a definitely valid reason for not wanting my paid lifetime membership to be ruined by being forced to interact with bigots. The chat rules are typed out on the website, Ive not violated a single rule. The moderator has violated every single rule. Yet, he is the one who gets to ban me. Dozens of people have paid for memberships on here because of me, and Ive befriended hundreds. This moderate has one friend and dominates the public chat his bigoted views with the same 10 or so people for hours. Its no wonder everyone suggests I go to another site.
