why is it hard to meet male nudist?

so i have been on this site for 2 years and have made every effort to meet local nudist. even hosting nude hangout and drinks.. no with cv19 i decided to cam and chat i have met some cool guys and 1 local. i have met cool nudist far wasy but nothing near by. i do want to host a hang out once cv19 is better ugh!!!!!
