Winemaking....Naked

Making wine is fun:) it's also quite a bit of work. We're almost mid-way through the bulk fermentation period for this year's vintage that we'll bottle in March. This year is particularly fun because very good friends TN couple Sunlovers are making wine of their own right alongside us in our cellar. Saturday, the wine was ready for it's second racking so they drove up and we had nude racking detail which is the only way to do it because you get WET. Everything has to be thoroughly santitized, rinsed and then rinsed some more. But it's a fun endeavor with good friends and of course the wine has to be tasted to make sure it's where it's supposed to be. We did and it is. Is it March yet?
