Good morning.
Tony, you have my sympathies. Until one has suffered back pain it is hard to understand how it really affects every part of the body ie, move any part of it and the back feels it. Get well soon.

Get well soon.[/quote] Thank you Jack. It is very awkward, I find myself tensing up trying to protect the damaged area & this just puts a strain on other areas of my back, hips & shoulders. I have an appointment at my doctors on Monday & will ask for a referral to the hospital and definitely stronger pain killers. Thanks again.
