Both my Primary Care Physician and Dermatologist are female. They both know I am a nudist. On several occasions my Primary Care Physician had a Physician Assistant watch and sometime participate during my physical examination.
One day she asked if I would be a Volunteer Patient (SEE BELOW) at a class she teaches. I agreed. I knew my dermatologist also taught classes. I told her about being a Volunteer Patient for my PCP. She asked if I would do the same for her. I agreed. The Examinations took place in their office examination rooms.
Volunteer Patients
Volunteer Model patients are members of the general public who make a unique and valuable contribution to the education and training of future doctors.
Volunteer patients participate as themselves to help medical students learn and practice interviewing, medical history-taking and basic physical exams under the watchful guidance of a fully-qualified physician.
The volunteers give students the opportunity to learn skills that are real and memorable, which would not be possible if they were learning it from a book or a plastic model.

FrankMay 21, 2018I've had a few doctors ask if it was okay for another doc-in-training to be present while examining or interviewing, and once for a colonoscopy. I always say yes because, I mean, really, what does it matter? However, I've never actually volunteered to be a patient.

JMay 29, 2018I am more than a willing volunteer and have been trying to find a way to work part time as a medical model for exams and procedures. I have had students brought into the room by my dermatologist and urologist because I am open in my discussion with them about my nudism. I also was asked by my last waxer if would volunteer for new waxer training, waiting for that opportunity. I do nude figure modeling already for the colleges and artists and when I was taking massage classes I was the demo model for the instructor since was more than comfortable with not covering up after getting off table.

Nude PaulJul 13, 2018I've never been a volunteer patient but have been asked by my general doctor if it was okay for a female doc-in-training to be present while doing an annual physical exam. I've been going to the same doc for years, so he knows I'm totally smooth with piercings and tattoos down there. I think she was a little surprised when she saw my decorations, but was totally professional. As he was examining my penis and scrotum, he asked if I cleaned my foreskin regularly. That was kinda cool because my foreskin is restored.

TJOct 27, 2018I've done this bunches, including having a female student present while I got the ol' cotton swab right inside the tip of Mini Me. Did this for my PCP, two of them, and actually had told them both at the outset that (1.) I have no fear of being naked in front of 1,000 people or more, (2.) to EXPECT me to "go there" at every appointment , giving graphic details of my every everything based on my issues and/or his queries, venturing far deep into the land of TMI if it was in the general public - but this was his job and my health / life, and doing less is just a waste of time and money, and (3.) if there was ever any assistant or student or whatever he might have who could benefit from being present to learn, no need to ask because I am already telling.
I am in a unique position - just due to my inherent nature as generally willing to be both inwardly and physically naked - to help people gain the education and training they need to become (or maybe become better) doctors. They, in turn, will lay hands on who knows how many people in what sort of need and where in the future days.
There's really no question to it.
