Tried uploading photos...i get repeated error of cant convert photo....not sure how to change....help?

    I havnt been able to post pics here for a long time now. I have uploaded a few and still arent posted. I put in a ticket and was told they are being reviewed. Really? How long does it take?

    I have been waiting a month for pictures to be reviewed. What is the hold up? Has anyone else been waiting more than a month to get pictures posted? I had the same response that they are waiting to be reviewed.
