My curiosity is up. I was standing in the pool ovrlooking the Apartments where I livvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve and noticed how nice it would be to live in a community that is clothing free. How many of us would be willing to live in a community where there is a central community building with meeting/social room theater, and maybe a small to moderate dinning facility. Other amminties of haveing 2 pools 1 indoor fr the winter months and 1 outdoor with a swim up bar a weight/fitness room tanning beds for the off months to keep that warm tan your worked on over the summer. A place that is close to shopping entertainment and hospitals but yet secluded enough for a walk around the community nude with out the thought of peping eyes. T he apartments eould be 1 2 and 3 bedrooms1 or 2 baths for a moderate rent along with a annual community fee. Its just a daydream thought I had and would like some input or ideas from other nudists

Thanks Rebcpt52

Where would this community be? If it were to be in an area where the weather allowed year-round nudity, I'd be all for it.

I believe that this may be possible. First you have to locate a small apartment complex that has all the amenities that you need plus the privacy that is required for nudist activities. Rent one unit, then have your nudist friends rent the other units as they become available. When you have an overwhelming large number of units rented by nudists, then approach management to designate the property CO. He may want you to sign long term leases for this privilege. You should have other nudist renters waiting in the wings to rent the properties when the textiles move out. As long as a landlord has guaranteed rents, with no complaints about wild goings on, he probably couldn't care less.

Here is a real crazy Idea, how about just invest in a current club, they usually already have the amenties that you are looking for. Just find a club that fits what you are looking for buy a site and put a trailer, a mobile home, or even a manufactured or stick built home on it. There are a lot of nudist clubs that are perahaps struggling so if you want to have a nudist community then help support them by living there and helping out around the property to keep the expenses down. If you can not live in the club then see if there is property that backs up to a club this way you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Glen Eden in Corona, CA has a large living community as does Cypress Cove in FL as well as Avalon in WV among others.  Juniper Woods in NY state has full-time residents as well.

I live on 7 acres and would love to have other nudists live on this property.

Sounds good. Nice if you could just live nude, shoping, going to work, seeing films etc as well.

I totally understand what you are saying. While places like Deer Park and Glen Eden have permanent residences, I dont think thats is what he was getting at...I have been to both of those places and they are great. I think an apartment block around a courtyard and garden, would be great. Perhaps even a condo developement.  If you could generate enough interest, you could take it to a developer. It would be a great co-opt. I know there are places in Florida that are CO communities, but again, I think they are like resorts, with lots of weekenders.  No day passes, no RV's, no weekend warriors. This would be a residents/vistors of residents only. Nudity can start as soon as you walk into the gates. All secure and private from curious eyes. Lets do it!!!

My wife and I were talking about that a few days ago. It sucks to have to put on clothes every time you check the mail, put out the trash, have to run out for a minute, weed the garden, etc. The biggest problem is being tied down to a house that can't be sold! It is a great idea! I want it. The lottery thing made me laugh my naked a*s off.

I am currently living in a clothing optional community in West Virginia.  We have a lodge that has motel like rooms connected to an indoor pool where there are also two hot tubs, and dining  room. While the dining room is really only open on weekends there are restaurants within driving distance (unfortunately they do require clothing). We are a full campground with trailer hookups and tenting areas. We are open pretty much year round, but in the winter we are really only operational on the weekends.

There is also an outdoor pool that we use in the summer along with tennis courts, petanque courts, and other things.  The malls and shopping areas are not all that close by so I only do my shopping once a week. We do have a workout room, but no tanning beds. I live in one of the two bedroom condo units (there are 36 condos in the complex (some 1 bedroom and the others 2) and there right next to us there are private homes.   The whole area is CO and we are a very friendly community.
Being out in the woods in a remote area allows us to be nude as much as we want to be and we are really only seen by the other nudists that live around us.

I am considering visiting Cap D'Adge, in southern France, next summer (2012). From what I have seen and read on their website it is a small town with shops, cinemas, restaurants, etc. Accommodation varies from hotels, to (even) tents. It has beautiful gardens and a long stretch of the Mediterranean coastline with fine clean sand. Everybody can be naked 24/7 within the town and on the beach.
