Following Oneself - Tracking Activity

How does one follow one's own activity on this site?  In other words, where can I see a history of my activity, so I can go back and see who replied to my posts, for instance.

Someone told me once, but I forgot.  Message and friend me, please.

    It should be on Updates, and when you reach the last one, click on older.

    [/quote]You can look at the "Feed" on your profile. That will list some of your posting activity but not all. I don't think there's a complete posting history anywhere here.  That's something we could really use on this Site though.
