How to log out on iPhone?

I cautiously started on TN with a username I didnt intend to keep. Within a day I changed my username to GeoNude and got certified.
When I am on my iPhone (5S - dont laugh) it still has the original username and doesnt think Im certified.

So, how do I log out of TN on my iPhone, so that I can log back in and have it recognize my updated profile?

    Hi GeoNude,
    to log out on iPhone:
    click hamburger button at top right (three horizontal bars stacked on top of each other) to bring up a menu with your profile name on top and a list of options that begins GENERAL AREA Search, Chat, Forum... and ends with MEMBERS AREA My Events, Certification, and two icons on the bottom. The bottom left icon is an arrow that provides the logout option.

    Right.
    So every button I select on that drop down works EXCEPT for the logout button. I can press it multiple times and nothing happens.
    Ugh.

    Hmm.
    Maybe it did work somehow. Im still logged in, but at least now Im not the original name, Im GeoNude and it recognizes that I am certified.
