Limiting access to my profile

  I do know that you can make your profile private and viewable only to your friends.  As for only to certifieds, I don't know about that.
  Making profile private has a downside, in that potential friends cannot evaluate whether he/she can be a friend to you.  In most cases, private means deny the request.

Most of us don't like private profiles, but if you must, here's how.     Top right on any page (after log in) click on "My Account" To the right of your profile pic you will see "Edit My" Click on "Profile" Scroll down to "Privacy/Profile Settings"   Click on the box that says Only allow my friends to see my profile.

  Thanks folks, must have forgotten to remember that. :) I will be securing my photos when I finally get them taken.
