OK, so we all have our favourite food, but what turns you into a pig.  I have many, one of them being Chicken Tikka Masala. I sometimes have to change my recipe a little , to suit my guests, but just can't stop eating it until my belly is reaching bursting piont.   Now lets hear about what makes you a pig ( I'm talking main meals, not cakes sweets or chocolate etc., )
Mix creamed cheese with freshly ground garlic, a pinch of mixed herbs and finely diced onion, then add a good dollop of sweet chilli sauce. Cut pockets in chicken breasts and fill the pockets with the creamed cheese mixture, secure with tooth picks pop (or wrap in baking paper) in the oven and drizzle with fresh Virgin Olive Oil and bake untill cooked....these are 100% guaranteed to be so damn yummy! I serve them with chunky potato wedges which I pat dry once peeled and then roll them in tumeric and chopped Thyme, once again drizzle with Pure Virgin Olive Oil and bake till crispy/
It's making my mouth water just reading that recipe. If I'm ever in Australia, My first meal would have to be at your house.

Full English Breakfast - bacon, sausage, fried egg, hash browns, baked beans, black pudding, mushrooms, toast on the side & a bucket of hot sweet tea. Ok, now I'm drooling!

I'll just have to be a pig and eat the lot.

I often cook far more potatoes than needed, so as to have some left over for the next day.  I love mashed potato mixed with other things and fried up for breakfast.         I do them like nice crispy pancakes with onion, chopped tomato, and cheese.

Crocodile meat backed, with cashew nuts, cranberry relish and steamed vegetables. It doesn't happen often, but when I do it, I'll have the lot.

Home made Shepard's Pie. Baked in a slow oven with meat and mixed veggies to make its own gravy, covered in mashies and cheddar....perfectly browned on top......I'm off to the kitchen.........
