Weight loss surgery.

Has any one else had this? How do you deal with the sagging skin? I lost almost 200 lbs and my legs from mid thigh up sag pretty badly. I do not plan on plastic surgery, too many $$$$. I have not had anyone ask or say anything but may planned response is, this is what happens when you finally decide to take control of your life and i use it as a reminder to never loose control again.
