[/quote] Think of having an inbox with hundreds of emails daily.  Add to it the possibility that once one of these groups or individuals get outed in the forum, a rush of flaggings come in. Add to that what seems to be a rash of inappropriate users flooding into this site on a regular basis.   I'm sure TT1 isn't ignoring your flag or request but it's not just the site upgrades that takes the time.  Each flagging has to be investigated and dealt with.  I'm sure they are doing the best they can on this part.  A week isn't that long of a time to be dealt with considering all that this site takes to keep running. I'm not intending to criticize you here but I'm in the plumbing service industry, and I can't count how many people call and think that I'm waiting by the phone for that one person to call and they get appauled that I can't make it there in 30 minutes.  I'm sure TT1 is in the same boat.  Mike
