Renewel

Does anybody know how to get the moderators attencion? My membership was renewsd on April 21,2011 for an additional 3 months but my membership has not been upgraded. I have sent 2 emails and even the company that takes the money has sent an e-mail to upgrade my membership but they still have not answerd me back! Is anybody there?
