Nude on the deck - etiquette and legality I guess

So, we have a deck out back that is on the second level of the house. It's like a ground level deck just up in the air. Anyway, I would love to relax out there without the worry of clothing but I am concerned. The deck is easily viewable from two neighboring houses on either side. I guess I'd like to see how others feel about - is it a problem to go out there naked knowing that someone might look and see and would that be considered indecent considering there's nothing "odd" going on and I am on my own property?
