While browsing the new site, I found that TN is hypocritical

When you go to upload photos, there is a link to the photo rules which are
Picture Guidelines1. Your profile picture (1st picture) must contain you. Afterwards you may upload any photos you like2. Please no erection shots, crotch shots or pornographic pictures3. No Spread Eagle, or shots where the butt, genitals or anus are the main focus point.4. Pictures containing nudity can not contain anyone under the age of 18.5. If you choose not to show your face then you may not show your genitals.6. All pictures are approved at the discretion of the administrator.7. Filesize must be < 1MB

What I found interesting was in the Gallery is a photo that would break rule 2 -Rule two Broken
Thoughts?

    And you can't even flag the gallery photos....
    BTW, Im all for there been no erection shots on TN, just in case there was any misunderstanding

    The photo I think you're referring to, is the one uploaded by the site owner.

    I suppose you could flag him, giving the reason as "uploading inappropriate photos to gallery" but methinks we both know how far that would get.   ;)

    Yes, while looking thru Gallery: COUPLES...the first 3 photos are said to be from the site owner. The 1st photo displays an erection on the male in question. I,too, wondered about this breaking of rule #2...

    Please notice rule #6. All pictures are approved at the discretion of the administrator.  This rule trumps all other rules. If TT1 likes the pictures, or the person, then they are in, NO MATTER WHAT. The inverse is true also, if they fit within the rules, but he doesn't like them, they are out, NO MATTER WHAT.  This is why one woman can have a thousand spread eagle pics, but another cannot have one. It's his site, he likes that boner pic, so it stays.

    I'd lost a few hundred, but didn't really notice until someone mentioned it.

    Thoughts?[/quote]Where in the gallery is this "boner pic"?  Could you give me a category name so it can be deleted.  Some profiles have pics with the face cut off and some have suggestive pics but these were grandfathered in before rules and regulations were created.  There are way too many pics to approve or deny daily, to delete those older pics.  The only way to make TN administrators aware is to flag then and we can go from there.

When you go to properties and then details, you can see that both photos were taken with my H-P Photosmart M305 camera, and they were taken only a few days apart.
    Please help resolve this problem. It's been over 2 weeks now since I first stubbled across niagaraguy's profile and saw that he was using my photo and reported it.
