Looking for RV spot for two months in Winston Salem NC

Hi,

I am a travel Nurse about to start in Winston Salem NC. Looking for a place to park the RV and go to work for this short term assignment. Looking for a nude friendly place. Sometimes people have driveway space or a side lot or old RV pad. Just hoping to learn what if anything is out there.
