Apr 25, 2015There is a short blackout window for Bare Necessities VIP cruisers (10+ cruises with them) and guests who were just on the 2015 cruise, but they finally have a 2017 mid-winter cruise! It stops in Key West, FL; Half Moon Cay, Bahamas; Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos; Amber Cove, Dominican Republic and goes from February 5 - 14, 2017. We disembark on Valentine's Day, which is unusual for a BN cruise. That is usually one of their big theme nights.
We are booked for one of the ''French Door interiors'' which is actually an obstructed view exterior with a view of the lifeboats. We tried to get one that will have at least some view between the end of one of the lifeboats and the davits that they use to lift them into/out of the water. Cabin 4148.

The French Door "insides" are pretty unique cabins. Hope our strategy of picking one between the two lifeboats works out.
