2023 trip reports

Hi all

It has been years since we have made the trip down to South Padre but I would really like to go in August or September. Has anyone been recently? Is the nude bouy still there - if not how far down the beach do you have to travel before it is ok to go nude? Is nude use still tolerated or has law enforcement or game wardens started trying to hassle naturist? I would really appreciate and and all current trip reports and information - thanks!!
