I kegged a New England IPA today. I also started three batches of wine, a Pinot Grigio, a Sangiovese, and a Cabernet Sauvignon.

    The Pinot Grigio should be ready in a month. The Old Vine Zinfandel we did last spring was supposed to be ready in September...maybe September 2021 based on the tasting a couple of weeks ago. The Sangiovese and the Cab are supposed to be ready in a couple of months. I just don't have the patience for wine.

    I bottled the wines yesterday. I also started the cold crash on my new recipe for an English pale ale. The preliminary tastings on all are good!
