a convenient, central location in phoenix

i have visited the royal villa resort in phoenix a number of times since discovering it.
the units (12) are tastefully decorated, clean and rooms include kitchens.
easy parking and bus stop outside resort to downtown if you don't want to drive.
very interesting men who visit on day passes plus those who come to stay and relax and socialize.
great pool and sun deck and hot tub which are always available.
just a couple of blocks north of indian school.
located a couple of block eat of the 7th street n bars and restaurants.
