Access to the naturist beach summer 2014

Hi does anyone know how access is at the moment...can you get down from the cliff or is it best to walk round the beach from the Old Town end at low tide?
Very exciting, should be moving back to Hastings in August after 7 years away!

    Last time I went into Hastings town it had totally changed from when I lived there in the late 80's. I used to go in a pub called The Carlisle, it was a bikers pub (I wasn't a biker, but it was my kind of pub), now I think it's an immigration centre. The town Square used to be busy at all times of the day, it's was deserted when I drove through.
