admitting to having Manboobs — Discussion on True Nudists

I never really thought of having manboobs or what you see on some guys that even gals wish they had, boobs on guys or gals are sexy imo but until putting on extra weight mine were pretty flat . gaining weight I first discovered areola becoming quarter size not sure that comes with age or bring chubby and I don't think my manboobs really sunk in till today it was hot and humid while working outside the sweat was pouring off me in fact if I wasn't out front I would have stripped my shirt and shorts off and got nude but the kicker when I lifted my boob the sweat was like a puddle under it. at camp a few guys have commented on my manboobs and quarter size areola I just thought they were kidding or like some attracted to certain body parts over other parts. mine will never compare to some guys who have defined manboobs but if I don't get a grip on my weight I may.

Research I have done indicates advanced years can contribute to man boobs. But a bigger contributor is yo-yo dieting. They said the male breast is somewhat resistant to fat storage, but is even more resistant to losing the fat. So they get bigger with each up and down cycle of weight gain and loss.
Unlike my wifes, that barely fit in a D cup prior to a 100 pound weight loss, and now can be lifted and stuffed into a B cup :-(
