Anyone with a bed/couch in Brighton Sat 29th May

I am down to see a few Brighton Fringe shows and to spend time at Bristol Gardens, and I would love to find somewhere to stay overnight. Very happy to pay a reasonable rate - but 100+ for a room seems tough at the moment. Thanks so much . Chris
