A nudist friend told me that when he runs the constant movement of his penis and balls bothers him. Personally, I like this freedom of movement. I feel that I'm a running man. Love it and it's also exercise for my penis. What's your experience? Is it comfortable?

AdamSep 5, 2025I have been running nude almost every morning for the past year now. I use to carry shorts with me but I dont anymore. I have learned the trails and my area very well and absolutely love it. I dont even go run anymore if I cant do it nude. This does not include winter time. I have to get over the fact that I cant always be naked when its cold and I prefer trail running over inside running no matter what. Running nude is way better.

Nude PaulSep 5, 2025I live as a full time nudist, inside and outside. I have a very long driveway and jog nude every morning. I don't even notice my penis and balls moving, other than an occasional rope of precum hitting my leg. I couldn't imagine running any other way

Hey sorry for the late reply the @ doesn't actually tag anyone on TN so didn't see the message. would be cool if you could tag people in here. So yes I do run nude on trails. but with that let me preface I have been running this same trail system for many years "clothed" before I ever ran it nude. So I know the trail well, times of more traffic, seasons of more traffic. The trail is also removed enough from housing and people that it's not a quick walk to get to.
I suggest running numerous times at the same time before deciding to strip down. And when you do carry some light weight shorts to quickly cover just in case.

I was able to run completely naked Sunday morning. I did take a pair of shorts with me this time because there happened to be people setting up for a St. Patricks day Trail Run on the trails I run. It was dark and early but I was able to navigate with being seen because I have run there so much. I had to slip my shorts on for one pass by of the crew but that was it. Other than that I was able to be naked.
It pays to know the area you run in.

Oh for sure. When I got back from my 5 week work trip it was still a bit chilly so some days fully nude and some days were partially nude.
Now that it is warming up though I am fully nude running almost every morning. Love it.

I tend to run in a jockstrap now. I had an injury running naked so its the best I can do to be as naked as possible. I love running naked through the forest.
