Communication

So how should this work?  I was kinda thinking that if you are going to be visiting an area or a club, then you can post it here and others could try and make corresponding plans.  Does that sound feasible or does something like a mass email sound more your style?  I am open to any suggestions or thoughts...  I want to do whatever will be most useful and likely to succeed for everyone.  The goal here is to get together and have fun, what will make that happen for you?
