i have a prolbem, need some help. i have a dell inspiron 1200, can't connect to the internet wirlessly or with an eithernet cable, i saved the new drivers to a thumb drive and plugged it in but it doesn't reconize that the thumb drive is there, any advice would help alot.

i reformatted the hard drive and now i'm trying to install new drivers but get 2 error messages, one is that the windows installer service could not be accesed. and two install sheild engine(iKernel.exe) could not be launched. rpc server in unavialable.

thanks for all your help there was missing files on the recovery dick that caused all the prolbems, its all fixed and works great thanks for the help
