Eastern Europe in January

Suggestions please for a short January break anywhere in eastern Europe. Interested in nude-friendly venues (e.g. spas) and non-sexual indoor nudist activities including swimming, volleyball, yoga, sauna and social gatherings where an English-speaking guest would be welcome.
