Fat is the "norm" these days !

It is said that two-thirds of the American public are overweight. I'm thankful, at age 65, that I am six-foot three and 170 pounds. I'm not bragging....just thankful. Part of it is genetic predisposition. Part of it is getting off my ass and doing something about it ! Frankly, I hope more fat people in fat countries globally will reconsider their current lifestyles. Those that aren't busy being born are busy dying (Bob Dylan).
