Florida to Atlanta via I-95 and I-16

I will be driving from Florida to Atlanta/Duluth on June 5. Traveling up I-95 to I-16 toward Atlanta. Are there any points of interest or places to stop for a substantial rest break along that route? Obviously a nude swim/walk/relaxing rest break would be great, but any good restaurants, shopping, historical places, small towns or parks to walk around for a bit would also be nice.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
