Focal therapy

I'm two weeks post having High Intensity Focused Ultrasound HIFU on my prostate cancer. I now have to wait three months to have a blood test to determine success or otherwise. I have to wonder if they actually did anything while I was under the GA apart from install the catheter, I have had no sensation at all, not even a discomfort. I took the catheter out last week and pass water as well as ever, as for the threat of ed during my first night after the procedure I was woken by the usual wood which isn't particularly comfortable with the catheter strapped to your leg. If my cancer is gone it's bloody brilliant, if it hasn't it can be repeated or even salvage surgery is fairly straight forward ( so they say).
