Jul 15, 2023The ZOOM MANS class [Mens Active Naked Stretching] is about to reach another milestone our 300th ZOOM class! To celebrate this achievement, I will offer the class free to all my past and present students, plus any new man who has considered attending the class but has yet to do so. This free class is an excellent opportunity to give the MANS ZOOM class a test run. Discover if this style of group exercise is enjoyable enough for you to attend on a regular or semi-regular basis. I assure you, the benefits you receive will be more than worth your effort.
I have scheduled the FREE Anniversary MANS class one class prior to the actual 300th class because Sunday has historically been the day most men are able to attend a MANS class.
The ZOOM link to the free class will be posted in my MANS MeWe group. If you are not a member of my MANS MeWe group, friend me at mewe.com/i/barrybailey3 and I will admit you to the private MANS group.
