  Its starting to get better usually about 10-15 people there have not been in the weekend

  I thought that nudity at Highee ender during the Whitman administration. At one of my high school reunions in the 90s, one of my classmates who was a ranger there and some people who had violated the new policy were in attendance. No open confrontation, but visible tension.
