Since identifying as you wish is now a thing, maybe we could start identifying as clothed when in public! Problem solved. Who wants to be the first to test it!?

    We could try and it would certainly be a statement. But just as saying it is part of your religion to be nude, I am sure the courts will not see it that way.

But I think, best identifying of other people is totally nude and barefeet. Clothes cover in every case a bit of your Identity. God created us nude.
