Im a full figured mature woman who only recently discovered the freedom & enjoyment of nudity. I traveled to an exotic getaway to explore my nudism on a secluded nude beach. It was TRULY a rebirth! The sheer joy of the feeling of the wind on my bare skin...and I chose an exotic getaway because I would never see anyone there again.... I was there an entire afternoon and I strolled the beach collecting seashells...I stood on the shoreline as an older woman was leaving and I felt validated and admired for being voluptuous and naked... it was sensual and peaceful... I will always be naked whenever possible...

You have discovered what many have been discovering every year. My wife and I have now reached our 70's and decided to explore nudity at a nudist retreat about 6 or 7 years ago. Once we did this, we too had an awakening and wished we had done the social nudity thing many years earlier. It would have been nice at times to have been admired for our hard, well put together, youthful bodies but those days are gone and not coming back. Today if we are admired at all it is that at our age, we have no problem revealing our total selves to others in a relaxed, social gathering of others of the same mind. You look around and you see the beauty in all others who are nude. The atmosphere of relaxed, kind, caring, non judgemental people is so welcoming that you forget about what is happening outside the gates of the retreat. We just sit back and enjoy the people and atmosphere of joy around us. Social nudity is so great for the body, mind and soul. We are glad you have found it to your liking as well.
