It's our favorite resort activity

Our resort has a lake and a boat, pedal boats, canoes; and paddle-boards. Nude paddle-boarding quickly became our favorite physical activity. Great for balance and stability, upper body and core exercising; and mental relaxation.

An indirect benefit has been an increase in my wife's comfort with nudity. Focusing on keeping her balance and proper paddling naturally diminished her self-consciousness about being seen standing openly naked. It gave her a confidence she didn't initially know she had.

Can't wait for the summer to start so we can get back to our naked paddle-boarding!
