  This one is interesting to me in that the leg straps are almost as thick as the waistband.

  Hey, now! The groups let me type in again after a few days of dealing with a glitch in the system. I have some catching up to do.
  
  #Jocktober 5th. The old International Male catalogs used to call this a "sock," or a strapless jock. This is from Hung. You can't really appreciate the support it gives until you see there is no back support. Very comfortable. By the way.... I know that there are dudes here that are more athletic than me. How about posting some jock pics with some football, baseball or other sports gear? This group is supposed to be our love of jocks and the fun they bring us.

  #Jocktober 6th Its Blue Monday here, and so Im going all out with a blue and gray jock by Meyer, and a gray and blue ball cap from the gap. Its very important to color coordinate. ;^)

  #Jocktober 7th. I live in Pennsylvania where there used to be a lot of steel mills. Two were located a few blocks from where I live, but they pulled out of town in 1902.
  Traditional colors of steel mills are yellow and black. Black for the coal and yellow for the molten metal.

  Todays jock is labeled FR and I bought it on eBay many years ago. It is paired with a yellow and maroon Abercrombie & Fitch ball cap.

  Today's jock is a CellBlock 13 number, and they are not necessarily known for traditional team sports wear. LOL. It is a different sport this is built for, but I am adding my Wilkes-Barre / Scranton Penguins hockey ball cap to this white black and red trimmed piece.

  #Jocktober 9th Back in black, with a splash of pink on this one by Diesel. Ball cap is also black with a Speedo rainbow patch. I have not seen a jockstrap from Speedo. They stick to swimsuits.

  #Jocktober 10th Baseball season is reaching the World Series soon, so today I am wearing a Number 10 jock from Bike. The jockstraps 150th birthday was celebrated last year, so I bought some more jocks and this nifty hat. I do not have a cup to go along with the ball and bat.

  #Jocktober 12th I missed yesterday, since I went on a birthday trip to New York City with some friends. (Not my birthday)
  So for today, Im feeling kind of Super. This jock from 2(x)ist always reminds me of Supermans outfit. Maybe I can save the day for someone, or at least pose with this Superman hat.

  #Jocktober 13th. The color of the day is green. This very green jock will come in handy for a St. Patrick's Day parade. The brand for this is Alpha Charlie, which I purchased through temu.com.
  
  Accessories work well, too, which is why I pulled on these green Converse sneakers and green cap.

  #Jocktober 15th. Black is all around my jockstrap drawer. Here is another black jock, this one being made by Meyer. In case I am out jogging in the dark wearing this one, and my toe shoes, the hi viz cap will have me seen from a distance.

  #Jocktober16th We are halfway through the month. I hope you are wearing your jocks to promote the cause. Do you and your partner wear jocks? Do you share them from time to time?
  
  To spruce up the color palette today, here is my pink and gray strap. Pink is the color of breast awareness month (also in October) I dont remember if Bike made this special for that purpose or if it was for Valentines Day.

  #Jocktober 17th its time for another classic look. This one is brand new for me. Bike says its a 1980s design. I dont remember seeing any of the boys wearing anything like this in the 80s, but okay.
  
  The red lace gives it a football pant look, so I added my mesh crop top, also from Bike, to make it look like Im ready for practice on the gridiron.

  #Jocktober 18th. Heres another nice one. Its mostly cotton, so its VERY comfortable, like wearing a t-shirt on my junk. Diesel Brand. The leg straps are fraying a bit, but the elastic is still holding up.

  Today, I am wearing a Timoteo jock bought about 10 years ago, the elastic in the band is wearing out, but this red and black one is one of my favorites.

  Its Friday once again, and I decided at the beginning of the month to highlight my wide-band jocks on each Friday. Here is another retro-styled 1980s Bike no. 10 in unbleached white, two simple red stripes, probably like the original 1870s look.
