Hello all. Im here to promote naturism on the Upper Kern River above Kernville. Its becoming more and more common to come across nudist on the upper river and Id like to promote more of it. Wife and I enjoy a couple of different swimming holes up here in the nude during the summer. If anyone is interested I can try to give some good directions to Kellys Hole along with another great swimming/tanning spot across from the Fairview Helispot.
Hope to hear from a few people and see some more naturist out there.
Reminder, no glass is allowed within 500ft of the Kern so if you want a few beers bring cans. The Forest Service will issue tickets for glass but could care less if you are nude.

CalJul 22, 2021Id like to hear more about Kellys Hole and the Helisport location. I would like to take a day trip up there in the next two weeks and would love to explore the area. Can you provide directions to Kellys for a start?

Yes, Id say full sun pretty much all day. Maybe shaded a little earlier that some other sections of the river but not by much. Id say its still sunny there until around 7:00 pm right now.
