Liquid Silicone.

I went down to Mexico around 8 years ago to have liquid silicone injected in my penis and scrotum. I wasn't terribly concerned about my size, but I wanted the effect of making an artificial foreskin. As a result, after several months I noticed increased sensitivity in my glan due to being covered and protected. My equipment is a little silly looking now, but I don't regret it.
