Piercing is 4 months old and I'm enjoying it. However, the downside is that I can't go commando. I hardly ever wore underwear for the last 20 years, but now the skin between the openings of the piercing gets very tender when I am clothed and that skin brushes against my shorts/ pants. It looks good and is healing as it should, but if you were considering his piercing, just know that it probably would affect your ability to live a commando life when you have to wear pants

NigelSep 12, 2025I have a piercing but it does not stop me being Commando, hopefully when it has fully healed you can go back to being Gommando
