Enjoyed the short hike up Mount Ephraim in Sprintfield, Vermont, while on business in the area today. Parked at the bottom of the logging road at the interesection of Massey Road and Dutton Farm Road. Started hiking up in short shorts, given the road and houses in the area. About a quarter mile up, stashed the shorts in the pack and enjoyed the steady climb up to the summit, took the obligatory photos, and returned. No one else was there the whole time and the quiet and freedom were fantasrtic.

Please askOriginal PosterAug 10, 2025Views are somewhat limited but you can see some over the trees. I suspect it is much better when the leaves are down.

MarkAug 11, 2025Did you put your shorts back on when you got back to the road, or did you wait till you got back to your car to get dressed again?
