June 2026 . Was at beach naked as usual . Decided to take some photos using my self - timer on my cellphone . Took them , and then noticed a clothed man had walked down the shoreline of Lake Michigan towards me . I was at the back of the beach and he was next to the water 40 feet away . He saw me and accepted me being naked . He knew I was taking photos of myself . We both acknowledged each other and all was good .

Glad to hear that. He probably figured that it wasn't very unusual for a man to be nude at a relatively secluded area of the beach. All you were doing was taking a few pictures of yourself. Don't you wish that everyone was accepting like that regardless of whether they preferred to wear clothes themselves?

I agree I always wonder who is a nudist and just hides it all the time and if we were able to be more open about it without it being so taboo then how many others would be ok with it. Crazy.
