  On a related topic, as you have this land for riding...would you entertain hosting a WNBR (mountain bikes) on your property? I have not planning experience...just been thinking that a mountain biking WNBR might be a popular alternative to a large city ride.

  **According to San Franciscos top officials & related emergency agencies, street fatalities have increased to an unprecedented rate since 2007 when the city was significantly more congested with pedestrians, peddlers & automobilists.
