The nature trail at Forest Hills is fantastic walked it every time I went last summer. The terrain is varied and I encountered all kinds of birds and small animals. A deer ran right across my path once.

I wish we could have hiked the trails at Cherokee lodge while it was still open. Looked like you could really emerge yourself in the woods there . Hope it's like that up north

I walked the Forest Hills Club nature trail only once. A member asked me about my walk and I mentioned that I had fed the wildlife. Unfortunately the only wildlife I had encountered were winged bloodsuckers, otherwise known as mosquitoes.

We've only walked it about half-way through.
