Trego Hot Springs has been apparently used as a clothing optional area for quite some time, enough to have multiple articles about it.
There are a few other hot springs as well

    Wife and I have been camping very close to Trego Hot Springs (we took another entrance a bit further North West of it.
    We were able to do naked camping and even some hiking naked without any issues. We walked naked all the way to the railroad

    Once alone, once with my wife. Got naked, took some photos.
    When I was alone, I did a small hike of about 1/2 mile naked. It was great
