My wife and I are very self conscious about our body. Me around 275, her around 375.

    hi Joe nice profile if I can add my two cents , size doesn't matter I've been a nudist for over 30 years resorts/camps , nude beaches and i've seen nudist in all shapes and sizes . there are no perfect bodies at the resorts nor the beach heck go to a textile beach and look around at those folks in bathing suits . I weigh 260# I'm not going to miss out on my nude life at camp or beach and when i'm 90 yoa in a nursing think dang I wish I had experienced fellow nudist in the same environment. if you can find a nude beach that would be my first choice but than again I see Illinois has a nudist camp call and schedule a visit during the weekday less people . go enjoy with your wife and have fun you both won't regret it. oh and just my view to all first time nudist get nude at your car go to the common area nude with towels and cooler you with blend in . if you go to the common area clothed everyone will watch you strip again no big deal for some.

    nothing to be self conscience about. I am 320 wife is 400. I have no problems being nude with anyone Real nudists do not look at our body style.

    i was also conscious but when i came to nudism it changed

    Appreciate all of your comments and encouraging words. Nudist lifestyle is adorable no matter what may be our age or weight or how we look. A good positive image of ourselves brings a lot of mileage to our practice. May we all enjoy so.
