I was born with only one. At age 10 had surgery to see if undescended but nothing found. Have gone thru life that way and never let it stop me from going nude.

gabareOct 14, 2023about two years ago my friend wife who is a nurse noticed one of my testicles larger than the other while i was visiting them in florida , my friend is actually castrated and she suggested i get castrated too . needless to say she kind of a kook but anyways i went to the doctor she works for and he said my left one was enlarged and sometimes medicine could help but my age he was concerned with cancer so i set a appointment while down there to have it removed also questioning about total castration which he said he could but advised against it. and like my vasectomy years earlier could be done in-office . there is some kink to the three of us relationship so i was leaning toward full castration but come surgery day i opted for just the left testicle and so glad i did .
