Reading this made me realise that I've been going without for 20 years now, how time flies. Unlike the OP's wife I don't go commando all the time, just a lot of the time. I first started doing it in my student days, often on nights out when I'd actually run out of clean knickers (I'm not much better with washing now). i liked the way it felt under skirts and dresses and have carried on using it as an option ever since. Happens more in the warmenr months and helps that I don't often wear trousers/jeans. Kind of a happy accident really, girls who always wear undies are missing out.

I had some nerves burned in my back to eliminate pain. I was wearing sweat pants and one of the nurses asked me to untie the string so that she could pull them down some in order to prep my back. She was completely professional about it until she picked up in the fact that I joked a lot. After the procedure, she was cleaning me up (removing spilled blood) when she mentioned the blood seeping thru my pants. She jokingly said "you only have one layer on since I see you decided to come up in here commando today." I told her that I am commando every day and asked her if she ever tried it. She replied that she does sometimes depending on what she's wearing. I told her that my wife and I are nudists and always nude at home. She said she would like to be but couldn't due to neighbors and frequent visitors. I told her that any time she was interested, she could call me and visit our home for a meal, hot tub, chilling, shooting guns or playing pool. I reminded her that she already possessed all of my contact information as she confirmed it prior to my procedure. Unfortunately, we never heard from her.
