Wife and i are headed to Jamaica this Fall. What options are out there and how safe are the " off the path " places?

    Me and my girlfriend went to Hedonism about 20 years ago and we had a blast but as far as exploring off the property compound I didn't really feel that safe. But I've been there a couple times on a cruise and as long as I knew where I was going I felt safe but as far as just driving around I didn't
